So I was cruising on my usual highway, and a Caprice with a spotlight, antennae, and civilian plates pulled onto the road. People started passing it well over the 50 mph limit, but I was like naaaah, not going to tempt what might be a cop while in my jailbait-mobile.
Right after an interchange, they slowed to about 35 mph, and then pulled over a Jaguar sedan. Not sure what they were looking for... texting maybe?

If it says Caprice, it's a cop. 99.99% of the time.

Especially in the US, where you can’t exactly walk into a dealership and buy a Caprice.
edit: It could also be a mall cop (or “private security”). Lots of them in Caprices around here.
edit 2: Oh look, a 2016 Caprice on eBay ! Wait a second....
